Stabilization
You will understand the relationship between your traumas and your symptoms. It will give you the emotion-regulation skills to handle any of life’s challenges and guide you into a deeper awareness of yourself and develop your intuition.
The Therapeutic Work
We will dive into your deep inner-wounds by gently addressing the unconscious mind. We will access the hidden parts of you and address your fears, and other core wounds. Your mind-body and spirit will be open to new possibilities and ready to experience the beauty of life.
Integration
Now that the unconscious mind has released past burdens, limiting beliefs and core wounds, you are ready to experience the present and illuminate the path forward. You will experience a reconnection with your life, your friendships, your relationships, and most importantly yourself.

Our sessions are a collaboration between the two of us. We will go over all the tools you will need to feel regulated in your body and to handle any symptoms like stress, anxiety or any others that may arise. We will also dive into the therapeutic aspects to get to the root cause of the issues you are experiencing today and release it's hold on you. Hypnosis is a science that will help you bridge your mind-body connection. However it is very important for you to use the therapeutic tools outside of our sessions.
The more effort you put into practicing the tools you will learn with me and your commitment to the process, the faster you will see your life positively change and feel the power of healing.

Hypnosis is a powerful process that guides you into a state of deep relaxation and heightened focus, allowing you to access the subconscious mind where lasting change begins. By bypassing the critical mind, hypnosis opens the door to rewiring thought patterns, behaviors, and emotional responses, facilitating meaningful transformations in your life.
During hypnosis, you may experience a deep sense of relaxation and focused attention. It feels similar to daydreaming, being absorbed in a good book or the deep relaxation you feel from a lovely meditation, where you are aware of your surroundings but deeply engaged in your thoughts. You will remain fully in control and aware throughout the session, able to hear and respond to suggestions. Everyone's experience is unique, but most people find it to be a calming and pleasant state.
You will never experience anything you don’t want or feel ready for, as every session reveals more beauty, resilience and empowerment.

Virtual hypnosis sessions are just as effective as in-person sessions. The process and outcomes remain the same, as the success of hypnosis largely depends on the openness and willingness to engage in the experience. Virtual sessions offer the added benefit of allowing you to be in a comfortable and familiar environment, which can further enhance relaxation. Whether in person or online, the key factors—trust, focus, and connection—are maintained, ensuring a successful session.

Upon enrollment, your first session date will be promptly scheduled. For optimal results, lessons are recommended to be scheduled 1-2 weeks apart to facilitate effective practice and allow time for integration between sessions.
At least one session must be used per month. That being said, the following applies:-
↣ The 6 session package must be used within 3 months of purchase
↣ The 12 session package must be used within 6 months of purchase

Sessions last 60-90 mins. This includes outlining what we will cover that day, nervous-system regulation practices, the therapeutic work, and home work assignments for the week.
